Wanna see a peep into our lives? (without pictures though, -sigh-)

yesterday Benna grabbed a cactus! she came inside crying, and wanting a ban-daid, so...mama pulled a whole bunch of cactus spines out of her hand.

We are completely enjoying our chickens...but some how I think you already knew that! :-D

here are some verses I read recently...

I know that you can do all things;
no plan of yours can be thwarted.
~job 42:2

6 No one is like you, O LORD;
you are great,
and your name is mighty in power.

7 Who should not revere you,
O King of the nations?
This is your due.
Among all the wise men of the nations
and in all their kingdoms,
there is no one like you.

~ Jeremiah 10:6-7

If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.

~Deuteronomy 28:1

again, I so wish Blogger would up load pictures...

AT CALVARY

Years I spent in vanity and pride,
Caring not my Lord was crucified,
Knowing not it was for me He died on Calvary.

Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary.

By God’s Word at last my sin I learned;
Then I trembled at the law I’d spurned,
Till my guilty soul imploring turned to Calvary.

Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary.

Now I’ve given to Jesus everything,
Now I gladly own Him as my King,
Now my raptured soul can only sing of Calvary!

Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary.

Oh, the love that drew salvation’s plan!
Oh, the grace that brought it down to man!
Oh, the mighty gulf that God did span at Calvary!

Mercy there was great, and grace was free;
Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty at Calvary.
