The Day Before

Can it be? Already? Oh my goodness. Where did October go? Didn't it start, like, a week ago? How can it already be November?
Well, tomorrow is November.
Tomorrow is the first day of NaNoWriMo.

I'm sorry, I just kinda dazed out there for a moment.
It's NANOWRIMO tomorrow. Tonight, when the clock strikes twelve, the imaginative gates will open, and all across the world words shall pour into billions of Word Documents.  Billions of Writers will sip their coffee, and dare to stay awake a wee bit longer.
And this shall begin the word race.

I haven't yet decided if I'll stay awake until Midnight, my gungho side says, "COME ON! It'll be fun!" And then my more reserved side splashes coffee in the face of Gungho-side and says dryly, "Sleep is still important".
I'm still watching the sides battle it out, and I'll know presently which wins.
BUT TOMORROW! People! Readers! Friends! TOMORROW! Tomorrow I will be clickity clackitying away on dear old Greg the laptop. And should he even dare to fail me, I have a sledge hammer ready. His death will be swift and explosive.
Ok, I really do love Greg, and would never harm him, but if he knew that, he would only act up all the more.  I only dare write this since I'm typing this post up on Irene (iPhone). She won't get terribly much use this November, and I don't want her to feel unwanted. ;)

So, I really should be doing other things, like finishing the last few sentences to some of my scheduled posts, Filling out another plot sketch I found, Cleaning my writing workspace, or maybe eating breakfast...yes. Breakfast would be nice...
But here I am, I won't have much more time to just laze around, so I'm not rushing myself to do ANYTHING today.
Anyway, I had a Vlog planned, but as always, YouTube hates me, and won't let me upload it. >.< I wish I could say, "Humph, I hate you too, YouTube" but that's not even near the truth. I'll just love YouTube, and lump coals on its electronic head.

Anyway. 'See' you guys later. I'm going to take Saturdays off, and perhaps to Vlogs on my progress, but that's only if I can get my proper word count in. And it's going to be hard enough, since I see many hitches already. Thanksgiving being one of them. My family doesn't celebrate Christmas or Halloween (though, I accidentally wore my 1950s garb today, forgetting the date. XD it's warm, it's cozy, I'm not taking the 'costume' off. So there. But you guys can know, I'm wearing a red flannel poodle skirt, and a white shirt that's tucked in. As well as a black slightly military style jacket which does NOT fit the look, but is my season favorite) *clears throat* My plot bunny should be very happy if I branch off the same way in my novel. AS said, we don't celebrate Halloween or Christmas, so we put all our season festivities into Thanksgiving and New Years. My family would never forgive me, should I forgo our Thanksgiving. And I'd never dream of even thinking of passing it up.
And then my fellow writers on The Incantevole Tales want to meet up and discuss book things, since we are all getting confused by what's going on. Which, brings up another thing, I have to keep writing my RP characters on Incantevole through NaNoWriMo as well, since I really think they will strangle me if I dropped it for a month. I started the idea, I have to stay with it.
And then My Mom, Shauna, and I have a shopping date planned for this weekend. Which I love, but I'm biting my nails at having to take a break so early in the game. Oh, and Daddy said he wants to take me out somewhere too, since we never get to spend much time to talk. And since I'm apparently getting to 'that' age, I think he wants to confirm I have no boys throwing their hearts at my feet.
Don't worry, Father dear, I'm not going to become the Queen of Hearts any time soon unless its in cosplaying.

So, yep. There you go. A long ramble post in which I got nothing done, but needed to do anyway.
It felt good to simply just TALK.  Oh I love you guys, what would I do without my readers?
Ah, yes. I'd talk to air....and now THAT'S boring, isn't it?
Actually, I do talk to myself. I never realized I was odd to do that until recently. But, I like talking to myself. I'm hilarious, and me and myself have such good pep talks. Problem is, once one of us is depressed, it spreads among Me, Myself, and I like a Black Plague...
Bunny trail again. I swear, my plot Bunny, Soren, will be completely pleased if I do this in my book.
Aye yi yi.

So, well, fairfallen to all you wonderful peeps. I'll still be reading comments and publishing. So if I don't get ANY comments all November, I'm going to cry, ok? ;)
Not really, I cry easily, but only over books and movies, so I promise, no salty tears.
Salty tears, that phrase always interested me, I mean, aren't all tears sal-

I did it. Again.
I guess I just don't want to tear myself away.
On the count of three, ok?

All images are mine, so please don't steal them. Otherwise, I will sic my Word count dragon on you. Don't under estimate Peb. Right now he may be mini, but I'm gonna feed him, and he is gonna be huge. Don't make him bring me send him on you, please don't. I don't want to explain to the police why there are burnt people in my yard.
